Terms of Service

By accessing or using Condo Eats you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

Condo Eats helps residents of the same condo or residential building share home-cooked meals. We provide the platform that lets cooks list meals and buyers place orders within their building. We are not a restaurant, food producer, delivery company, or payment processor. All meals are prepared, sold, paid for, and delivered or picked up directly between members.

• You must provide accurate account information, including a real display name, your condo, and your unit number.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a building.
• We may verify your residence in a condo and may remove members who cannot be verified.

If you list meals on Condo Eats you are acting as an independent home cook, not as an employee or agent of Condo Eats. You agree to:

• Prepare food in clean conditions and follow basic food-safety practices (proper cooking temperatures, fresh ingredients, safe storage).
• Accurately describe each meal, including ingredients, portion size, allergens, price, and availability.
• Disclose any common allergens (nuts, dairy, eggs, shellfish, gluten, etc.) and respond honestly to buyer questions.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations that apply to home cooking and selling food in your jurisdiction. Obtaining any required permits or licenses is your responsibility.
• Honor accepted orders or cancel promptly with a clear reason if something goes wrong.

• Order only what you intend to receive and pay for, and pick up or accept delivery at the agreed time.
• Communicate respectfully with cooks and use chat for order coordination, not unrelated solicitation.
• Inspect the meal on receipt. If something is wrong, contact the cook first and us if you cannot resolve it.
• Use your own judgment when consuming home-cooked food, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

Condo Eats does not process or hold payments. Buyers pay cooks directly using PromptPay, a bank QR code, cash, or any other method the two members agree on. Any refund, dispute, or chargeback is handled directly between the buyer and the cook. Cooks are responsible for any taxes owed on income they earn through the Service.

Condo Eats may offer optional paid subscriptions (for example, premium features for cooks). Subscription fees are billed by the applicable app store or our payment partner and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app-store account.

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you post. By posting, you grant Condo Eats a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

You agree not to:

• Sell alcohol, tobacco, drugs, unsafe foods, or any item prohibited by law.
• Resell food sourced from restaurants, supermarkets, or other commercial outlets as if it were home-cooked.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm other members.
• Post false, misleading, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
• Use the Service to spam, advertise unrelated services, or collect data on other members.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk for other members, or misuse the Service. You can delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete account. After deletion your listings, orders, and messages are removed from active systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Condo Eats does not prepare, inspect, or guarantee any meal sold through the Service. Food safety, quality, and accuracy of listings are the sole responsibility of the cook who prepares the meal. You use the Service and consume meals at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Condo Eats and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any meal obtained through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Condo Eats (not to other members) in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters, or actions of third parties.

You agree to defend and indemnify Condo Eats from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your interactions with other members, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Bangkok, Thailand, unless local consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, when changes are material, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
